MEETINGS

The NSA Board of Directors meets every month for an open-forum meeting and conducts additional work sessions and executive sessions as needed. The meeting date and time will be posted on the Board Overview Page of the NSA website. The board issues meeting agendas and minutes on a regular schedule. Meeting agendas are posted online and at the school 48 hours prior to a scheduled meeting. Meeting minutes must be reviewed by all board members and approved by vote at a regularly scheduled board meeting. Therefore, minutes are generally posted 4-6 weeks after each board meeting.
