NSA K-8 Intent to Enroll Form

Completing this Intent to Enroll online form lets us know that you are interested in sending your child to North Star Academy, a K-8 charter school located in the Douglas County School District in Parker, Colorado.

Submitting this form online and/or touring the school in no way guarantees your child enrollment in NSA, nor does it obligate you to enroll your child. If the school is oversubscribed for any grade, NSA will hold a lottery to determine enrollment. If accepted into NSA, you will have 24 hours to accept or decline enrollment.

To be considered for the 2026-2027 school year, Intent to Enroll forms must be submitted online by Thursday, October 30, 2025 at 4:00 p.m. Should a lottery be necessary for the 2026-2027 school year, it will be held on Monday, November 3, 2025.

If your child is not offered enrollment you will need to submit a new Intent to Enroll form for your child to be considered for enrollment in the following school year.

NSA believes family volunteerism in our school is a key component to the successful education of our students. At NSA, we encourage each Household to volunteer 40 hours per academic year or 20 hours for single parent households. We ask all NSA Households to participate in 6 Traffic Duty shifts per school year.
