NSA Intent to Enroll Form

Completing this Intent to Enroll online form lets us know that you are interested in sending your child to North Star Academy, a K-8 charter school located in the Douglas County School District in Parker, Colorado.

Submitting this form online and/or touring the school in no way guarantees your child enrollment in NSA, nor does it obligate you to enroll your child. If the school is oversubscribed for any grade, NSA will hold a lottery to determine enrollment. If accepted into NSA, you will have 24 hours to accept or decline enrollment.

To be considered for the 2023-2024 school year, Intent to Enroll forms must be submitted online by Friday, November 11, 2022 at 12:00 p.m. Should a lottery be necessary for 2023-2024 school year, it will be held on Monday, November 14, 2022.

If your child is not offered enrollment within two years (two lottery cycles) from the date of submitting your Intent to Enroll form, your child’s name will be removed from NSA's wait list and you will need to submit a new Intent to Enroll form for your child to be considered for enrollment in future years.

NSA believes family volunteerism in our school is a key component to the successful education of our students. At NSA each family is required to volunteer 40 hours (20 hours for single parent families) including six (6) shifts of traffic duty per school year per family.
