King Soopers Community Rewards Program
NSA partners with King Soopers through their Community Rewards Program, providing an easy way for families to support our school every time they shop. Once enrolled, a portion of your qualifying purchases is donated back to NSA — helping us raise money simply by using your King Soopers loyalty card. The more you spend, the more NSA earns!
How to Enroll
If you have a King Soopers Loyalty Card Number (LCN), you must enroll in the Community Rewards Program through the King Soopers website or app and select North Star Academy (Organization #UN830) as your designated organization.
If you do not have a Loyalty Card Number, you can create one through the King Soopers website or app and then complete the enrollment process above.
Important: Your King Soopers Community Rewards information must be added to your TIF account in order to receive volunteer hours.
Earn Volunteer Hours
Families will earn 1 volunteer hour for every $165 spent through the program.
Please note: This calculation is subject to change based on the percentage NSA earns each quarter and will be reviewed annually.
Family members and friends are welcome to participate as well. Their purchases can help your family earn additional volunteer hours!
Submitting Volunteer Hours
To receive volunteer hours, you must submit a screenshot showing your “Last Quarter Donation Amount” during the designated Quarterly Processing Window.
The Quarterly Processing Window:
- Will be announced each quarter through email.
- Generally opens within 10 days after the end of the King Soopers quarter.
- Will remain open for approximately two weeks.
When the Quarterly Processing Window is open, you will receive an email with instructions and a link to the KS Quarterly Processing Form where you can upload your documentation.
