Intent to Enroll Form

North Star Academy (NSA) is a public charter school (tuition free) in Douglas County, Colorado, and all enrollment policies follow state and federal guidelines for charter schools. Parents must request enrollment into NSA by filling out an online Intent to Enroll (ITE) form. Submitting this ITE does not obligate the student to attend NSA, nor does it guarantee admission.

The ITE is valid for a period of one year (one lottery cycle) from the date of submission. If enrollment is not offered during this one-year period, a new ITE must be submitted for enrollment consideration in future years
