Welcome to North Star Academy Pre-Kindergarten! We are pleased that you have found us and would like to share with you in your child’s early childhood education path. North Star Academy Pre-K is a place for children to grow, learn, explore, and discover!
Our tuition based program is dedicated to nurturing students in a developmentally challenging and supportive environment. Our curriculum is built around the Core Knowledge Sequence (additionally used PreK-8th grade) which outlines a comprehensive progression of skills for the all learners.
Highlights of our program:
-A beginning understanding of Spanish skills are introduced and classroom is richly labeled to encourage language building.
-Students will be exposed to hands-on, experiential learning and discovery
-Teachers are trained and are afforded the opportunity for professional development
-Pre-K outdoor play space is separated from the upper grades offering a more intimate and safe play setting.
Our end goal for each student to enter Kindergarten with a foundational grasp in academics, social skills, school readiness, and an interest in our Spanish program.
We encourage you to contact our Pre-K Director to set up a tour and/or receive information regarding class schedules and tuition.
